Is 6.4 seconds too long or too short?

Today I found out some data from TIME magazine that really made me shock.Below are some data concern world health this year.

ONE CHILD DIE OF MALARIA in Africa EVERY 29 SECONDS.

ONE PERSON IS INFECTED with HIV EVERY 6.4 SECONDS.

SOMEONE in the world DIES OF TB EVERY 18 SECONDS.

ONE PREGNANT WOMAN DIE OF COMPLICATIONS EVERY 60 SECONDS.

Today, world health is a very big concern. There are many good articles on TIME web site and I just pick up a few for you.
